WARRANTY POLICY
Tatamore Global’s Warranty Policy for Defective or Damaged Products 

The following information applies to the warranty of defective or damaged products. 

  1. Conditions of Application:
    1.1. You must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any product defects, accompanied by supporting evidence (photos, videos clearly showing the date and condition of the product).
    1.2. A product is considered defective if it does not conform to the agreement at the time of delivery, including cases where the product:
    a) Does not match the description in advertisements; or
    b) Does not meet the reasonable quality expectations based on the contract terms; or
    c) Is not fit for any particular purpose made known to the seller prior to purchase.
    g) The warranty period for hardware is one (01) year. After this period, the buyer assumes all risks. Accessories are not covered under warranty.
    1.3. Tatamore Global’s warranty policy only applies to the return of defective products under the above-described situations and remedies prescribed by law (including the “Lemon Law” under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act), if the product was purchased within the past one (01) year.
    1.4. The warranty policy of Tatamore Global applies only to products accompanied by an official invoice or proof of purchase from Tatamore Global.
    1.5. Outside the above-mentioned time frame, Tatamore Global is not obligated to remedy defective products in the following cases:
    a) The consumer damaged the product.
    b) The product was misused and caused the defect.
    c) The consumer attempted to repair the product themselves or had it repaired by another party, causing damage.
    d) The consumer was informed of the defect prior to purchase.
    e) The consumer exercised the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
    f) Damage was due to wear and tear.
    1.6. Tatamore Global will not accept returns of any goods clearly identified at the time of sale as demo units, non-returnable items, discontinued products, seasonal items, or currently unsellable goods. 
  2. Warranty for Defective or Damaged Tatamore Global Products
    2.1. Please contact the customer service department and submit a warranty request, including your name, email address, phone number, and warranty claim details.
    2.2. The quantity of returned products must not exceed the quantity shown on the official Tatamore Global purchase invoice.
    2.3. The returned product must be in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
    2.4. The warranty must be exercised within the Warranty Period. If the product is mailed, the warranty period is calculated from the shipping date.
    2.5. Upon receiving the product, Tatamore Global will inspect it and inform you within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction due to defect or damage.
    2.6. If you are eligible, Tatamore Global will begin the warranty/replace the product accordingly.
    2.7. Healy products that are misused after receipt, including those listed under Section 1.5 above, are not considered defective or damaged under Tatamore Global’s warranty policy.
    2.8. Healy products are also not considered defective under the warranty policy if damage occurred due to:
    (a) you or a third party designated by you (and not a service provider) acquiring possession of the product; or
    (b) delivery by a carrier authorized by you and not selected by Tatamore Global.
    2.9. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during the warranty process.
