The Healy Vietnam Privacy Policy describes how Healy Vietnam collects, uses, and shares your personal data.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we provide data and privacy information in our products and in certain features that require the use of your personal data.

This product-specific information is accompanied by our Data and Privacy icon.

You can review specific product information before using those features. You can also view this information anytime in the settings related to those features.

What is personal data at Healy Vietnam?

At Healy Vietnam, we strongly believe in fundamental privacy rights and applying them consistently regardless of where you live in the world. That is why we consider any data relating to an identified or identifiable individual- or data that Healy Vietnam has linked or can reasonably link to such an individual – as “personal data,” no matter where the person lives. This means both data that directly identifies you – such as your name – and data that does not directly identify you but could reasonably be used to identify you – such as a device serial number – are considered personal data. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregated data is treated as non-personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Healy Vietnam or an affiliated company (collectively referred to as “Healy Vietnam”) handles personal data, whether you interact with us through our website, Healy apps (such as HealAdvisor, HealAdvisor 2, or Healy 2), or directly (including by phone or in person at Tatamore Global). Healy Vietnam may also link to third parties when providing services or allowing the download of third-party apps on the App Store or Google Play. This Privacy Policy does not apply to how those third parties define or use personal data. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and understand your privacy rights before interacting with them.

Your Privacy Rights at Healy Vietnam

We respect your right to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict processing, and delete your personal data. These rights are available globally, and if you choose to exercise your privacy rights, you will not be discriminated against or receive a lesser level of service from Healy Vietnam. When we ask for your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise your privacy rights and choices, including in situations where third-party service providers act on behalf of Healy Vietnam, please refer to the information on our website. To protect your personal data, you will be required to sign in to your account and verify your identity. If you’d like a copy of your personal data please contact our Customer support team. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

However, there may be situations where we cannot fulfill your request—such as deleting transaction data that Healy is legally required to retain. We may also deny requests that would compromise fraud prevention or security (e.g., deleting an account under investigation). Other reasons may include risks to others’ privacy, frivolous or vexatious requests, or requests that are technically unfeasible.
